Who is Lucky Stryker and where can you find her?

Lucky Stryker, international wine sales rep, is the leading lady in The Tom Jones Club.

You might have a Lucky Stryker sighting at one of these favorite wine hangouts. For example, a favorite hangout at Disneyland Resort is the Golden Vine Winery at DCA (Disney’s California Adventure.) Nothing like a mini vineyard and wine tasting at Disneyland. It’s a great respite from all of the running, screaming, and overall busy-ness.

A couple more sightings might be in Napa/Sonoma in Northern California or Newberg/Dundee in Oregon’s Willamette Valley – we spent a few years living near both – and loved every minute of having access to wine culture.

Other wine hangouts are the Food & Wine Festivals like those at Disneyland in the spring, Disney World in the fall, and the Sonoma Wine Country Weekend over Labor Day weekend.

The inspiration for Lucky Stryker as wine sales rep happened when I met the wine representative at the MacMurray Ranch Wine Dinner during the Food & Wine Festival at Steakhouse 55 at Disneyland Hotel. She was a charming host at the dinner and introduced us to Kate MacMurray afterwards (Kate is the daughter of actor Fred MacMurray).

We would later visit MacMurray Ranch in Sonoma and reacquaint ourselves with Kate, who is most gracious. The ironic thing is, we also discovered Stryker Winery, which is the last name I had given to Lucky before I was even aware of a winery by that name.

I hope by now that you’re ready to get to know Lucky Stryker a little better and be on the lookout for some Lucky Stryker sightings (tastings) yourself.

You can also now request an autograph (KindleGraph) for your Kindle copy of The Tom Jones Club here.

And if you leave a comment with the name of where Lucky’s mother’s winery is located, I’ll send you a bookmark like the one pictured below.

In the meantime, I’ll be sipping a glass at the Golden Vine Winery.

Cheers!
