Adoption/Fatherless
Myths of the Fatherless
I began a serious search for my biological father after we returned home from a Millennium Cruise – remember the big deal over starting a new century? After I found my father, I felt the need to raise the awareness of fatherless daughters, created a blog, wrote some articles, and published my experience in a book called Myths of the Fatherless. This book garnered some interest at the time, and I hope it helped some people. I know it helped me work through these issues. I have since retired this book in print, although it is available on Kindle, and I’m focusing on writing fiction.
But here are a couple of my related articles that are still being published online about adoption – from the point of view of both the birth mother and the adoptee.
